Located in Surprise Arizona, Sun City Grand is an age restricted adult wonderland for those who are 45+. La Solana condominiums are located on the outskirts of Sun City Grand.  There are a total of 252 condominiums in this popular age restricted condominium complex.  La Solana homeowners have complete and total usage of all of the recreational facilities in Sun City Grand as well as their own in the La Solana.

There are 7 buildings in La Solana.  Each building has 36 condominium apartments.  Apartments range in size from 425 to 1021 square feet.  There are 3 floors in each building.  There are 2 elevators in each building for immediate access.  La Solana has six different models to choose from: Avistar, Grande, Libra, Mirada, Ventana and Vista.

The entire condomimium complex has a total of 6 Vista models, 7 Libra models, 84 Grande models, 72 Ventana models, 41 Avistar models, and 42 Mirada models.  Each condominium residence has a reserved covered carport, some also have reserved covered golf cart parking space.

La Solana has its own pool and spa, movie theater, computer center, and lending library.  Each week residents attend free movies in the La Solana clubhouse movie theater.  Residents frequently describe the La Solana as a community within a community.

As of October 2010, the monthly homeowners association fees are $210.03 (Vista & Libra), $267.86 (Ventana), $292.28 (Mirada & Avistar), and $320.73 (Grande).  Fees are determined by the size of the condominium apartment.  Included in La Solana fees is the Sun City Grand recreation fee.
