Social interaction opportunities center around the Kiva Club in Trilogy at Vistancia. Here residents enjoy the heated indoor and outdoor pools, use of the athletic club and recreation center, Café Solaz snack bar with computers and wifi, billiards and higher learning center with classes throughout the week. The athletic club in Trilogy at Vistancia has state-of-the-art treadmills, elliptical, free weights, weight machines and stationary bikes. The Kiva Club has a pilates room with a rubberized surface designed to protect knees during yoga, spinning and pilates exercises. Café Solaz in the Kiva Club is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Wine, beer, and desserts are sold. The Kiva Club has card rooms and a library. If you're into football, stop by the Rotunda Room. There residents can watch Monday night football or partake in the community's annual Superbowl party.

Trilogy at Vistancia Golf Course has 5 sets of tees for each skill level. The golf course, pro shop and driving range is open to the public. Trilogy at Vistancia Golf Course was named one of the 25 best courses by Golf Digest, the number course under $100 in the Phoenix Arizona. The Verde Grill is a popular restaurant housed in the same building as the pro-shop.  Be sure to try the Vistancia salad, you'll be glad you did.
